I don't often post fitness stuff here, but this one idea struck me as something that can be applied to almost anything in life.
(Oh, and before you ask, I'm not exactly sure what 'red light therapy' is, but it does sound like a euphemism for visiting Amsterdam.)
Here's the main idea:
"Stop majoring in the minors... [...] I do all of the above, but I know what's going to give me 90% of the results,"

Like many people, I probably tend too often to look for a complex ‘silver bullet’ rather than simply re-investing in what I know already works. In fact, it's become a good question to ask myself, in order to make sure I'm not simply avoiding the work that works. Where am I majoring in the minors, and how could I redirect my energy?
Sure, you could take a course on growing your Twitter account, but first maybe try posting and replying every day for 30 mins.
Maybe a fancy new website would help you land more clients, but have you tried touching base with some previous clients to see if they need help?
Yes, you could look into supplements that aid weight loss, but first why not start counting calories and using MyFitnessPal?
If you're curious what what I've changed in terms of physical development, I've just done each of the following:
- Increased HIIT sessions from 2/3 times a week to 4/5
- Increased daily goal for ‘calories burned’ to 3500cal/day
- Started eating what I felt was ‘too much protein’ (it’s not).
- Walking or cycling instead of taking the bus or train
- Taking the stairs instead of the lift.
Pro-tip: Weigh your protein using kitchen scales and don't do it by the scoop- I thought I was getting 40g, when I was actually only getting 26g…😐
And finally, YES, I am a fitness influencer now.
